The QANTAS Adelaide Lounge is one of Metro Joinery’s most complex and visually stunning projects. Featuring a wide range of colourful, bespoke finishes including curved stone (natural marble and sandstone), solid timber, curved glass, leather upholstery, and Corian solid surface, the finishes were chosen to mirror the natural beauty and primary industries that South Australia is world renowned for. The sandstone facade of the main bar is sourced from Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills, and the deep red of the natural marble symbolises our local wine industry.

Having already completed both the Virgin Adelaide Airport Lounge and Plaza Premium Lounge at the Adelaide Airport, Metro Joinery was proud to be involved in the QANTAS Adelaide Lounge project.
Together with local suppliers and our trusted partners in upholstery, stone and specialist board manufacturers, we were able to deliver a visually stunning project that pushed the limits of modern joinery production.
