This is just a quick e-mail to thank you so much for the great job that you have done with our kitchen at residence in Carrickalinga. And for taking so much trouble to communicate with us every step of the way. Every thing has happened exactly as you have said throughout the process and when there was a slight change to the schedule you let us know so we weren't left wondering what was going to happen next. We can't get over how well the handles that Richard suggested work with the Miele appliances.

We also wanted to let you know how impressed we have been with the work that Phil has done with the installation. He has been so careful and paid such attention to getting the detail right, that the kitchen looks absolutely stunning. He was also very careful and respectful of other work that had already been completed so there was no collateral damage! He was also a pleasure to have working in the house over the weekend.

This has been in such contrast to some of our other experiences with the building industry over the past 2 years that we felt that we really needed to let you know how impressed we have been and that we will certainly be encouraging other people to use your company in the future.

RE: METRO JOINERY PERFORMANCE REFERENCE

As a result of competitive tender process in mid 2007, Metro Joinery were awarded the joinery contract for the CERAR CRC CARE Research Building for the UniSA at the Mawson Lakes Campus. The Center provides innovative solutions and technologies for environmental contamination problems.

As Hansen Yuncken Project manager, I closely worked with Metro Joinery over the course of the project and I am very appreciative of their involvement in what has proved to be a successful undertaking.

We at Hansen Yuncken Pty Ltd used Metro for the first time on this large joinery project (worth approximately 1 Million Dollars) basing our decision to contract them on their reputation, keen pricing and reliable lead time.

As the Project Manager for this project I was in daily communication with them and all our requests and requirements were fulfilled expediently and to the utmost quality.
